04 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from bzd33:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Even faster for VIP members.

06 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed while gaming on bzd33:

• All games are fair and transparent. Slot games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bzd33 will resolve it in accordance with its established policy.
• Bets cannot be changed in Sports Betting once the event result has been announced.
• Gaming history and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 6 months.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bzd33 and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
